Trapeze - Term Three 2024

We are delighted to offer a dedicated class for all trapeze enthusiasts. Jude O' Neill will lead students through conditioning and core technique on and off the bar and the group will start to explore more detailed positions and sequences on the apparatus. Each session will include a floor warm-up and cool-down stretches.

Aerial is a great way to improve strength, agility, coordination and flexibility in this fun but also nicely challenging class. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move well in, tracksuits/sweatpants work well but not too loose.

This class is open to all levels and we encourage people of all genders to try out this classic circus apparatus.

This course is suitable to all levels, no experience necessary.
