Mixed Aerial for Beginners - Term Three 2024

Our popular mixed aerial apparatus course is suitable beginners looking to start their aerial journey and those progressing from previous beginner terms. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of aerial silks, aerial trapeze and aerial hoop allowing you to explore each discipline in a fun and safe way before you might choose to focus on an individual discipline.

This course is suitable for new students and those returning from previous terms with variations on the exercises offered to match each student's level and support their progression.

All students will be able to explore their training at their own level with modifications offered for different abilities. The term will also focus on conditioning and strength building exercises on the floor and on the equipment to mobilise the body and prepare it for aerial training.

This course is suitable to all levels, no experience necessary.
