A class designed specifically to coach kids age 6-12yrs into competition for weightlifting
Kids must first go through our Sunday kids class, learn the basics and be selected for this option

Schedule to be realised by April 5th
Including weigh in times, start times and copy of IPF style rules and protocols
Novice entrants must have:
•never competed in a sanctioned powerlifting/weightlifting competition
•compete with a starting/first attempt squat weight under 200kg for men, 150kg for women
