This membership is billed on a monthly basis. If you join partway through a billing cycle, your first payment will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in that period.

As a member, you are entitled to full or partial discounts on select classes and events offered by our business. Please note that some classes or events may not be included in this membership.

Unless otherwise specified, memberships are non-transferable. Your payment information will be securely stored in our system for the duration of your membership.

To avoid being charged for the following month, written notice of cancellation must be received by the 25th of the current month. Cancelling your direct debit before your final payment is due will result in a £100 rejoining fee if you choose to return in the future.

Frequent cancellations and reactivations of membership are not permitted. Our policy is designed to support consistent training and community commitment. Members who cancel and attempt to rejoin multiple times may be subject to a £100 rejoining fee or may be refused future membership.

Memberships cannot be frozen or placed on hold. If you plan to take a break from attending, your membership must be cancelled.
