Begin Yoga | 4-Week Introductory Course

This 4-week course is designed for anyone who is completely new to Yoga or looking to restart after a break. 


We introduce the basics, including physical postures (asana) and breath control (pranayama), with focus on moving safely and emphasising body awareness and feeling over rigid alignment.

Over the 4 weeks, we will work towards building strength, improving flexibility and balance. Breath control techniques and mindfulness will be covered, aiming to build confidence to work with these tools to help regulate your nervous system and manage stress.

We will help you lay the foundations for your Yoga journey, so afterwards you feel confident to join a studio or online class, or develop your own personal practice.

Classes are in-person with maximum of 10 students.
