Yoga for Beginners - 5 week course

This 5 week course is designed to anyone who is completely new to Yoga or looking to start practicing again after a long break.

Camila will be covering all the basics, focusing on moving safely but emphasizing body awareness and feeling good over perfect alignment. Variations of poses are available to include everyone. Philosophy, breathwork and other aspects of yoga practice will be introduced along with the asanas (poses).

Over the 5 weeks, the group will work towards building strength, improving flexibility and balance. Basic breathing techniques and mindfulness will also be covered in this course, aiming to help students build confidence to work with tools to de-stress and unwind.

Camila's classes are nurturing and slow paced, allowing students to feel supported and comfortable to explore their practice freely.

Classes are in studio with maximum capacity of 8 students.
