Yoga for Beginners 5-week online course

This 5-week online course is designed to anyone who is completely new to Yoga or looking to brush up on the fundamentals, from the comfort and safety of home.

Heather Pascal will be covering all the basics, focusing on safe alignment and adapting the postures to include everyone.

Over the 5 weeks, the group will work towards building strength, improving flexibility and balance. Discover the benefits of basic breathing techniques and mindfulness, building confidence and working with tools to de-stress and unwind.

Heather has been teaching classes at Hope studio for over 2 years and has a great deal of experience teaching Beginners. Heather's classes are uplifting and playful. Her warm, nurturing nature allows students to feel supported and comfortable to explore their practice freely.
