Yoga for Beginners - 5 week online course

Catering to anyone who is completely new to Yoga or looking to brush up on the fundamentals, from the comfort of your own home.

Heather will be covering all the basics, focusing on safe alignment and adapting the postures to cater to everyone.

Over the 5 weeks, the group will work towards building strength, improving flexibility and balance. Discover the benefits of basic breathing techniques and mindfulness, building confidence and working with tools to de-stress and unwind.

Heather has been teaching classes at Hope studio for 2 years now and has a great deal of experience working with Beginners. Heather's classes are uplifting and playful. Her warm, nurturing nature allows students to feel supported and comfortable to explore their practice freely.

This course will take place online and it will be live streamed via Zoom. Link for live sessions will be sent via email.
