Begin Yoga | 4-Week Introductory Course
This 4-week course is designed for anyone who is completely new to yoga or looking to restart after a break. We introduce the basics, including physical postures (asana), breath control (pranayama), and key concepts of yoga philosophy. Our focus is on how to move safely, emphasising body awareness and feeling over aesthetic alignment. Over the 4 weeks, we will work to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Breath control techniques and mindfulness to build confidence working with these invaluable tools for calming your nervous system and managing stress. We will help you lay the foundations for your yoga journey, so afterwards you feel confident to join a studio or online class, and develop your own personal practice.Sessions are in-person with maximum of 10 students.
