Join me at The Friends Meeting House every Monday or Wednesday at 6pm for an hour of mixed ability Pilates.• 6 class block to kick-start your practice and to be used within 8 weeks.
• To accelerate your progress upgrade to a monthly membership or a 12 class pass.
• Your place guaranteed in the class of your choice until the last pass has been used or 8 weeks have passed
• Booking is essential to guarantee your space, late cancellations will not be refunded.
• Book your class in advance online
• Position correction and adjustment.
• Access to advice and guidance during class.
• Access to the Pilates Fairy private Facebook group for advice and
information.
• Please do not attend if you are showing symptoms of Covid-19
• Bring your own personal water bottle as no water will be provided
• Please bring all of your own equipment i.e. mat, band, 9" ball to avoid sharing & reduce infection risk.
I do have some spares in emergency which will be fully sanitised
