Breathe By The Sea - Flow Into Summer - Yogic Movement and Stillness extended 2 hour practice
A joyful, 2 hour yoga practice that'll set you up for summer. Held right on Brighton beach (the quiet end ) in the cosy and airy clubhouse at Yellowwave Beachsports, where you can practice whilst gazing at the sea view.
This nature-immersed afternoon of Yoga, optional sea swimming and/ or basking on the beach together, is all about connecting hearts, minds and bodies to the expansive swell of energy into summertime.We'll completely refresh body and mind as we move, breathing in the sea air, soothing the nervous system, exploring our energy through movement and stillness practices as we absorb the beautiful sounds, smells and colours of summer from our beachside studio location. We'll learn how to invite in feelings of bliss, warmth, love and connection through a variety of movement, mindfulness and breathing techniques.
If you'd like to sea swim ( weather permitting) come a couple of hours early when we will all meet on the beach infant of Yellowwave at 1.30pm for a pre-practice dip and some refreshments. Even if you aren't a swimmer still come along to this just to hang out and soak up the scenery.
