Prenatal Yoga Series

Prepare your body and mind for birth and grow your community with other pregnant people in this six-week prenatal yoga class series with Apple Birth & Wellness. You'll learn tools to help with discomforts of pregnancy and to make your birthing experience a more intuitive and ease-filled process!

Our specialty-trained prenatal teachers will guide you through feel-good movement with different levels for challenge, mindful breathing to help you de-stress, and hold space for fun and laughter in this small group setting.

Questions

- If you cannot attend all 5 weeks of the course, we will gift you a make-up on-demand class from our prenatal yoga library.

Covid Considerations: 

- To safely space out the group, we are capping this class at 9 individuals plus the teacher.

- You will need to bring your own yoga mat.

- To protect the safety of our community, clients are required to show proof that they have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine as part of their registration.
