Join Rachel in this slow form of yoga that works with the connective tissues in the body, a great complement to more yang styles of yoga as well as other forms of high intensity exercise. Yin Yoga has the potential to increase flexibility as well as promote ease in both mind and body. Expect long, steady holds of around 3-5 minutes. Most postures are seated or lying down. Stay cosy for this one, you can keep your socks on and maybe even bring your duvet if you are practising at home.

Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Please log in a few minutes before the class is due to start. If you have any injuries or conditions you need to inform the instructor of, or if you just fancy a quick chat, you can join the meeting up to 10 minutes before the start of class. You can either talk onscreen or send a private message, whichever you prefer.
