With smaller courts, nets and rackets and lower bouncing balls, Youth Tennis offers the perfect introduction to the sport, with all the fun and energy of the real thing. There are four stages Blue, Red, Orange and Green, each with their own court size and type of ball. This tailored approach enables players to develop vital skills and techniques at an early age. These sessions are for stages Red, Orange and Green and run in 1 hour sessions.
Juniors 10-16yrs play on a full-size court with the balls the professionals use they will continue to explore different game styles in our 1 hour coaching sessions. They will evolve through well-rounded motor skills development whilst improving their physical capacities.
