With over 300 classes on our schedule (open 7 days a week) and the ability to book 14 days in advance, you can plan your sessions to ensure you keep a positive routine and enjoy the benefits of good health and regular exercise.
Choose from a variety of classes led by our experienced and caring instructors including Level 1 + Level 2 Reformer, HIIP, Jump Fit, Dynamic, Yoga, and Stretch + Strengthen classes.
Memberships can be paused if you go away with at least 3 business days' notice required, check our full T&Cs for more info.

This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early prior to the full 12 weeks.
