Makeup classes! IMPORTANT

NO Make-up classes for our 3 weeks course 

Full 6-week course - If you can’t attend a session you are allowed x 1 make-up session per 6-week course 

These makeup sessions can be used for another Mums and Bubs class, Meditation class, Reformer Express, Level 1 Flow, Stretch + Strengthen or YOGA. Please email and advise of the session you can not attend please.  


Pilates is a great way to strengthen and realign your body after having a baby. We focus on engaging and strengthening your pelvic floor and deep abdominals (yes they are still there after Bub!) and work on your posture. Enjoy this special time to nurture yourself and connect with your baby. Bub can be incorporated in many exercises (they make great little weights) or perhaps they are happier to sleep through the class - bonus! There is NO expectation for your baby to behave in a certain way. Please ensure:- * You have had your 6 weeks check (IF delivery) or have been signed off after a C section 

 

* Bub not crawling yet (6 weeks to 6 months is normally the right age) Book in a term or two with your mother's group.
