Beginners Reformer Course (4 weeks)

Keen to try Pilates Reformer but feel a bit nervous to start? 

Join other beginners and Learn the basics and fundamentals of Pilates Reformer in our beginner's course.

During this 4-week course, we will go through the Reformer machines, how they work, and how to use them safely. 

We will go through the Pilates fundamentals in detail and also explain any modifications you can take if you have any injuries, pregnancies etc.
In each exercise, we take the time to explain the setup and how to do them correctly and safely.

This course will help to set you up to be confident in joining group classes and gain knowledge of the Pilates basics, the machines and the studio. 

 

Commitment to all 4 weeks - If there are any unforeseen circumstances, sickness etc - x 1 make-up class is allowed in our Stretch and Strengthen or Express class only
