Makeup classes!

 

If you can’t attend a session you are allowed x 2 make-up sessions per 6-week course (1 session 4-week course) These makeup sessions can be used for either Reformer Express, Stretch + Strengthen or YOGA. Please email and advise of the session you can not attend please.  


Pilates is a great way to strengthen and realign your body after having a baby. We focus on engaging and strengthening your pelvic floor and deep abdominals (yes they are still there after Bub!) and work on your posture. Enjoy this special time to nurture yourself and connect with your baby. Bub can be incorporated in many of the exercises (they make great little weights) or perhaps they are happier to sleep through the class - bonus! There is NO expectation for your baby to behave in a certain way. Please ensure:- * You have had your 6 weeks check (IF delivery) or have been signed off after a C section * Diastasis Recti Check

 

* Bub not crawling yet (6 weeks to 6 months is normally the right age) Book in a term or two with your mother's group. Join and connect with other local like-minded mums in a supportive, safe and nurturing environment. Limit of 9 spots per course.
