We are super excited to introduce our members to a NEW piece of equipment and NEW style of training to compliment your existing practice. Why Kettlebells? Kettlebell training can help you increase your cardiovascular capacity, build strength, lose weight, and improve your posture!! Incorporating interval-style training with movements that require full-body engagement is a sweat-worthy FULL BODY workout. At first glance, they can be a little intimidating because they're essentially a ball with a handle... How do you even use them?
