Beginners Reformer Course (4 weeks)

Learn the fundamentals of Pilates Reformer. During this 4 week course, we will go through the Reformer machines, how they work, how to use them safely. We will go through the Pilates fundamentals in detail and explain any modifications you can take if you have any injuries.
In each exercise, we take the time to explain the setup and how to do them correctly and safely.

This course will help set you up to be confident in joining group classes and gain knowledge of the Pilates basics, machines, and studio.

Our next course starts Monday at 4:15 pm Date TBC and Saturdays 10:15 am Date TBC.
