Gong baths are a deeply meditative experience that allows the mind and body to decompress. We invite you to lie down in our softly lit space, under a blanket, and allow this sublime experience to soothe and resonate with you on a deep energetic level. Close your eyes and drift into a deep meditative state. You will emerge refreshed and rejuvenated, with a renewed sense of calm.

Pauline O'Grady is a High Energy Master, Angelic Reiki Master teacher, Usui Reiki, Crystal Healing and Cacao Ceremony Practitioner and 500 hr trained yoga teacher.  She  specialises in deeply healing sacred circles, including Cacao and Moon Circles.  She is a Mentor to gifted young people and people who want to tune into their soul gifts with training in being a Channel reconnecting to the divine within.  She also hosts retreats Worldwide and creates a sacred and safe space for you to explore, release, heal whilst guiding you to physical, mental, and energetic wellbeing.

Junior Valentine is a gifted energy healer, yoga teacher, reiki master, massage and sound master. In his sound healing sessions, he uses gongs, crystal alchemy singing bowls, a hang drum and chimes.
