Mongolian Flexibility and Wellbeing for Intermediates

The session for Intermediate level class will cover following in the first 60mins:

- How to prepare your body prior stretching

- 15 mins pre-warm up

- Hip-stretches, splits (side and front )+ corrections

- Shoulder, neck, upper and mid back stretches

Then following 60mins Focus “Chest Stand”

 

·      How to prepare for chest-stand 

·      How to ease and breath in chest-stand

·      How to deepen your back bend and its health!

 

Requirement:

For individuals who have been working or working towards to learn and improve their chest stand.
