Introduction to Mongolian Functional Flexibility and Wellbeing

The session for Beginners  level class will cover following in the first 60mins:

- How to prepare your body prior stretching

- 15 mins pre-warm up

- Hip-stretches, splits (side and front) + corrections

- Shoulder, neck, upper and mid back stretches

Then following 60mins for beginners class will learn how to use different props to your flexibility training then work on bridge and elbow bridge.

The focus will be for general flexibility 

·    How to increase your flexibility & mobility

·    How to use props to facilitate your flexibility

·    Feel freer in your body and enhance your wellbeing!
