All classes start with a seated warm-up and some strengthening work. This class includes a large proportion of slow controlled movements designed to improve balance and body strength.

The Studio

Keep Phytt has gone from face to face classes onto zoom for all those who struggle to attend live classes but want to continue exercising with real people and with advice from Carole, a physiotherapist with over 30 years experience.
The studio is a small space like your space at home, which reminds me to keep things simple and movements small.
