Gentle Pilates course

This course is ideal for those of you that are looking for a gentle, healing movement class. Perhaps you've never done Pilates before, or you've taken a long break, maybe you've had a hip/knee replacement or are recovering from a spine issue, back/shoulder pains or accident. STOTT Mat Pilates is not exercise for the sake of exercise. It is movement medicine! Preventative and rehabilitative. Rebalancing the muscular system.  This class will involve some standing movement and mostly mat work. 

You will need a mat, ideally 15mm thick, comfortable clothing to move in and a bottle of water.
