This is a body pump style class using weights with music, it is both fun and challenging and you will be able to push yourself further in time with the music to achieve a FULL body workout.

It focuses on building muscle and strength with barely any impact making it better for the joints and preventing injuries.

There are two booking options: choose 'virtual option' for Zoom or 'physical option' if you are joining at the gym (outside) in person.
