Mum and Baby Yoga 6 week course £42

Yoga for mum, yoga for baby, yoga together!
This is for pre natal and post natal - chance to meet new mums in the area and also get some tips and advice for when your baby arrives if the little one hasn't already!

- Yoga is great for new mum's as it is gentle and will help knit the muscles together. 
- helps with stabilising the pelvis, opening the chest and rediscovering strength from within
- meet other mum's in the area
- suitable from 6 weeks post partum (after GP/midwife check up) until baby is crawling or happy to have them along if they can sit in a bouncer etc for one hour!

1hr 15 of you and baby time to feel fit unwind. This Baby yoga encourages playful interaction and communication between parent and baby and promotes healthy development. The class initiates social interaction in a non-competitive environment for both babies and new parents and allows you to workout and your little ones be free in a safe space. You can gain strength, get fit and have some fun with your little one - it's a great way to meet other new Mums and Dads.
