Terms and Conditions
To attend any of our holiday camps, you need to purchase a 1, 3 or 5 session pack. These packs do not expire so can be used over different holiday periods.
If your child is unable to attend a camp on any given day due to illness/injury then you are able to attend an alternative day (subject to availability).
If there is inclement weather then subject to the venue facilities, camps may be moved indoors whereby the activities will be adapted to the space available.
If a camp is cancelled for whatever reason then players can transfer onto a different date.
The type/length of holiday camps on offer can vary from venue to venue. This, along with differing running costs will mean that the cost may also differ.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your purchase for whatever reason, then the following refund terms apply;
Cancel 30 days or more before the FIRST day of the camp = 100% Refund
Cancel 14-29 days before the FIRST day of the camp = 50% Refund
Cancel less than 14 days before the FIRST day of the camp = No Refund (credit can be held over to a future camp).
