CrossFit Kids

Age range 7-11 yrs old. This is a 6 week block and ran as terms. Wednesdays 4:30.
Age range does not have to be exact, it more so depends on ability and skill level. Check with Head Coach Lauren if you aren’t sure. 

Coached by Bailey! CrossFit Kids is a fitness program designed specifically for children, focusing on building a foundation of movement skills and encouraging healthy habits in a fun and engaging way. It's a scaled-down version of the adult CrossFit program, tailored to children's developmental needs and ability to learn new movements. The program emphasizes functional movements, cardiovascular exercise, and strength training, all while prioritizing safety and fun. 
 

Bailey has over 10 years of experience working with children and young adults. Holding a L3 Education and Training; accumulating 4 years Lecturing Sport Science and Public Services in Further Education. As well as a paddlesports instructor and scout leader for ages 5-8yrs.
