Terms and Conditions
This allows you 1 registration for a Pilates & Yoga FREE taster class. Please bring a mat, if you don't have one we will have a spare at the venue but please let us know in advance. If for some reason you cannot attend your taster session please cancel your space.
Please turn up 5/10 minutes before the class starts to have a chat with the instructor to go through any injuries or health issues that you may have. Wear comfortable clothes and bring some water. Please be aware of the covid regulations at the venue. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance, face mask should be worn into the hall, once you have laid your mat down you can remove your mask and there is a one way system in and out of the building.
