Adults can attend any of our fitness groups within their selected membership allowances
ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE AN INDUCTION BEFORE REGISTERING FOR CLASS. INDUCTIONS ARE £30 AND THIS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FIRST MONTH'S PAYMENT

This membership also comes equipped with our free yoga class on Saturdays


These classes groups incorporate all the beginner and fitness elements of boxing without ever actually stepping under the ropes as well as class groups solely focusing on circuit style conditioning workouts as well as body weight exercise and functional fitness training so its fair to say you can expect a fun robust workout at any of our fitness classes!

In our fitness class groups we focus on burning a large amount of calories to help drop fat and tone up, as well as giving you a big endorphin hit leaving you feeling satisfied and excited to come back for the next session!

    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
