POWER Pilates , Studio 17

This is a 12 week term running from 19th April until 19th July. There will be no classes on Friday 31st May and Friday 7th June. You will not be charged for these sessions. 

 

These classes will be held at Studio 17 and are 'in person’ classes. 

When you purchase this 12 week block of classes you are signing up to attend a particular class at the same time & day of the week, each week for 12 consecutive weeks. however with this particular block of classes there will be a break in the weekly teaching schedule for the May half term

This class combines the precision and focus of traditional Pilates with the energy of a High Intensity workout . Once the initial warm up is done, the pace is fast, the moves will flow and your heart rate will rise !!! 

The ideal class for building strength and stamina, whilst challenging your balance and coordination.
