Pilates and Pampering at Champneys Forest Mere

A day retreat with Claire at the Champneys Spa in Forest Mere.

Please park in my drive, in front of the two small sheds. Please use the side gate to the right of my house and knock on the first door that you come to. I will invite you in to my home studio where you can remove your shoes and use hand sanitiser in my small bathroom.

I will provide mat and equipment where necessary. All items will be thoroughly sanitised before and after class. The room is well ventilated.

Please use hand sanitiser again on your way out.
