An evening that aims to relax and soothe your nervous system, bring balance to both mind and body. using guided relation, breathe work and therapeutic sounds.
What to Bring: Comfort is key!
Cushions, Blanket, Mat and maybe a pillow or two.
Feel free to wear your Christmas PJs and maybe a pair of warm socks.
Contraindications-
Pace maker, metal implants.
Tinnitus, Vertigo - may make you feel dizzy.
1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
