In this workshop series called Happy Bits we will explore basic anatomy in an accessible and practical way to help you bring more awareness to HOW you practice.

The first in the series is Happy Hips. The foundation on which the spine sits, having a little more insight into how we create balanced stability & mobility in this part of the body can really make a difference to posture, digestion and more.

Join Liezl as she guides you through some easy anatomy before exploring how this applies to our own bodies. Afterwards, we’ll move through a slow mindful practice to embody what we have learnt and then end with a relaxing guided yoga nidra.

On our journey of feeling healthier and happier, the right knowledge can really help us make progress.
