Yoga is powerful practice that offers practical tools to explore and support the promotion of Positive Mental Health.

In this workshop we will be exploring Depression through the lens of yoga. Depression is very common and has become more so over the last year as we all navigate the waters of living through the pandemic. Feelings of sadness, low self-esteem, not wanting to do things you ordinarily loved to do & a lack of energy are all symptoms of depression that can be eased through yoga.

In a fully supported environment, you will be guided through meditation, relaxation, gentle yoga postures, breathwork and discussion to provide you with practical tools to help navigate the waters of turbulent times. Leaving you feeling a little brighter, lighter and with more confidence to move forward in these difficult times that we're all facing.
