If you want to do more than one class a week this is the membership for you. A varied choice of exercise classes brought to you by highly trained and experienced instructors.
Classes are for all abilities and fitness levels. Group training involves kettlebells, circuits, bootcamp, Pilates, Hiit, core, cycle/Hiit and functional strength classes :)

Includes:
- Unlimited exercise classes.
- Group induction with a personal trainer.
- Weekly Group Zoom Nutritional advice and guidance.
- Free Personal Best welcome pack.

This membership is £185 per month. The membership allows you to book 1 personal training session per week during the month period. The membership is recurring monthly and we ask for 30 days notice to cancel this membership or to transition to a new membership.
