Our comprehensive Fitness Assessment Package is designed for both members and non-members, with a strong focus on workplace wellbeing schemes that support employee health investment. This package delivers a complete overview of an individual’s physical health through three key assessments.
The Movement Screening evaluates mobility, stability, and functional movement patterns to identify imbalances and potential injury risks. The Body Composition Assessment provides detailed insight into body fat levels and overall composition using skinfold callipers and limb circumference measurements. Finally, the Strength and Fitness Assessment establishes baseline performance through measures such as grip strength, core stability, and cardiovascular capacity, including lactate threshold and VO₂ max testing.
Together, these assessments provide clear, data-driven insights to help individuals understand their current fitness level and guide effective, personalised training and health strategies. You can tailor your assessment to focus on just 1 or all of these areas and the package includes a full write up as well as an in depth follow up session to go through you results and follow up plan.
