6 Week Parkour Beginners Course - for Adults!

This 6 week program is open to all those willing to challenge themselves in a whole new and exciting way. Those in need of a challenge in 2021 that takes them away from the mundane, comfort of their 2020 sofa and into the wild world of jumping, vaulting, rolling and, when the time comes, flipping!

This is a 6 week course designed around fun and new challenges and all taught by one of the most experienced Parkour coaches in Cornwall - Steve Moss of Control Movement. He will introduce you to the fundamental movements, concepts and practices of Parkour and open your eyes to seeing the world as the playground it truly is!
