The Ring Muscle Up is not only a Calisthenics movement its a staple in other sports such as Crossfit and Gymnastics, its strength and technique has transfer over to climbing, Aerial arts and even Arm Wrestling demonstrating real bodyweight mastery and strength.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The skill of the Ring Muscle Up will be our first instalment from our summer workshop series here at Sequoia.
In this 90 minute workshop, we will cover techniques, strength development, skill aquisition drills and the most common mistakes that for so many stop them from mastering the Ring Muscle Up.
Our intention is for you to walk away from each of our sessions having learnt something new or refined something existing that will ultimately speed up and smooth out your journey to movement mastery. This workshop will be tailored towards a variety of levels ranging from absolute beginners to the advanced - So there are no prerequisites to join.
From this workshop you will gain a comprehensive understanding, receiving coaching from our full time movement coach and athlete that will allow you to work safely on the movements in your own time.
