If you are someone who has always wanted to dance but lack the confidence or feel you just don't know where to start, then this class is for you!
Our beginners guide to dance and movement is a brand new 4 week course designed for anyone looking to gain the confidence in moving freely! Throughout these 4 sessions students will be taught everything they need to know about dance and movement from the ground up - developing sequencing skills and gaining insight on dance techniques and styles.
So kick off your shoes and join us and your coach Charlotte Luke within a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental environment and learn to move your body and find some joy in dance.
