This Mobility class can be used as a warm up, cool down or used on restorative days. A combination of passive or fluid movements along with static developmental stretches. The goal is to identify areas of the body that don’t move well, and then spend extra time strategically mobilising those areas. Incorporating mobility into your week positively impacts your flexibility, strength & power within other workouts.
