30-day cancellation policy. Cancellation notifications are to be sent via email with 30 days notice to info@aerialartsacademy.co.uk.
Memberships operate on a 50 week calendar and exclude Bank Holidays and Christmas closures. Make up classes for Christmas shut down are always offered.
Credit use - weeks run from Monday - Sunday. Credits to be used within that week, unless arranged with info@aerialartsacademy.co.uk
You can freeze your membership for a maximum of 4 weeks during the year – so if you’re going on holiday no need to waste your money but you can maintain your priority for classes in the following month
Late cancels - if you late cancel a class within the 24 hour time frame you will lose your class credit
No shows - if you receive 2 or more no shows (where you don't cancel your place or inform us) you will be charged automatically by Go Team Up
Failed payments - if your payment fails, Go Team Up will try a maximum of 2 times. Multiple payment failures may mean the closure of your account and unpaid invoices passed to our external invoice recovery team.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
