In the first part, we'll delve into Mobility & Mindset, two key elements that can make a significant difference in your shearing. We'll talk about Growth Vs Fixed Mindset, How Taking Responsibility Helps Improve Outcomes, and Why External Motivation Doesn't Matter. 

 

You'll learn 3 Steps To Enhancing Internal Motivation, How To Better Manage Your Emotions To Improve Your Numbers, and How To Play To Your Strengths. 

 

We'll also explore why Anxiety and Boredom Leave You Stuttering, and how to become more "flexible." Finally, we'll discuss Identifying Your Non-Negotiables, Creating Your Village, and Refining Your Environment.

 

In the second part of seminar 1, we'll focus on Mobility & Movement for Shearers. You'll learn how to program your mobility, get tips on the 5 Top bits of equipment you can take anywhere in the world (fit into hand luggage), and a special template for the Lower Back. 

 

We'll also address Knee Pain and Hip Health and Techniques to Release Stiffness, plus 3 Simple Tips for Hip Health, Forearms & Biceps, 6 Key Exercises To Help Keep You Mobile For Shearing, and a 4.5 Minute Pre-Shearing Routine. 

 

Finally, we'll talk about what to do after shearing to help you feel better for the next day and there will be the opportunity for a Q&A to help leave no stone un turned to help you shear more sheep, in less pain and for longer.

Nutrition for Shearers is another key topic we'll cover in seminar two. 

 

You'll learn about our 4 Key Steps To Improving Nutrition For Shearing, Before and During Shearing nutrition advice and the 4 Key Areas After Shearing That Will Ramp Up Your Recovery, 

 

I will give you Ideas For Food Before & After Shearing To Optimize Performance Day In Day Out and you will learn about Good Sources of Protein, Carbohydrates & Fats along with some of pour favourite Simple Nutritious Snacks and a List of Food to Keep In Stock. 

 

Plus, we'll discuss How To Build The Perfect Meal that are easy to take with you and also to implement when you are out on the road.

 

We will help you understand how to enhance your Immune system and look into some proven  Hydration Strategies for shearers and Why You May Get Cramp - Not just electrolytes, 

 

Joint pain can be an issue, arthritis aside, inflammation is an issue so we will discuss Drinks To Help Joint Health and ones that don’t.

The Shear Performance Online Seminars will take place on Sunday, June 11th (Seminar 1) , and Sunday June 18th (Seminar 2), from 8 am UK time (7 pm NZ time), and each session will last 2-2.5 hours.

 

If you can't make the live sessions, don't worry, they'll be recorded. Remember we'll also have Q&A time at the end of each seminar so you can ask any questions you have and pick my brains.
