This classes last 1 hour. It is hosted via zoom. A zoom link is sent out by instructor Anna on the day. Ensure you check your junk folder in your emails. If you do not receive - please message us on social media. The recording gets sent out after class so you do not need to attend live. If you can let the instructor know you are not attending live - that would be great! The recording lasts for 3 days after class. All class credits are valid for 6 months. Credits are non-refundable. Cancellation policy for classes - 24 Hours Studio age policy - 18 Years or older
