Taught by an established BJJ black belt to get a brief overview of the various benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, whether it be for self-defence, keeping fit, taking up a new hobby, or just wanting to try something new.
The BJJ beginner package gives you a four week pass to attend all of our BJJ beginner no-gi classes on Mondays and Wednesdays for a total of eight lessons. All classes will be held at our new Lamude BJJ Academy Located at Unit 8, Little Blankets cottage, Dunnings lane, Bulphan, Orsett RM143RJ. This package can only be purchased 1x per customer as a trial offer

All classes are taught by black belt Luc Lamude with clear instruction on the purpose of each of the individual, technique and the correct way to perform the various moves with all the fine details that make all the difference. No equipment needed, just some comfortable gym wear to get involved.
