With a state of the art Sauna and Chiller system plunge pools, your recovery will be in safe hands. We also have a Hot Yoga studio on site, BoilerRoom. Unlimited access to our Hot Yoga classes is available to members for an additional £20 per month. (See membership option below which includes Hot Yoga). We recommend the unlimited access package to anybody who is serious about getting results in terms of performance, strength and body composition.
