Building on your silks knowledge, in this course you’ll learn new tricks & transitions above the safety of our crash mats.

Suitable for those who have previous Silks experience or have completed our Beginners course, this mixed level class will build your strength, confidence and repetoire. 

Once you master the power of flight… you can do just about anything! (But you knew that already… you’ve done it before!)
