Intro to: Pole Dance and Fitness
Never tried pole before - This course is for you!
In this 4 week course, you’ll be introduced to the basics of Pole Dance and Fitness, and progress through our introductory syllabus: learning a series of tricks and transitions under the guidance of our expert instructors.
Throughout the course, you will build up knowledge, strength and confidence while challenging yourself: Pole is addictively fun while also being a great core workout!
This course is suitable for total beginners with no prior fitness or pole experience necessary.
There are no weight limits to attending our courses, and no, you absolutely do not need to do a pull up to join!
