Postnatal Yoga Class Pass
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 6 weeks.
Class pass to be used to sign up to one of our Mum&Baby Yoga courses (see courses section).
Rebuild, recharge and relax - help ease the transition into motherhood surrounded by like-minded, supportive women.

With sessions including yoga for both you* and baby, rebuild strength from within and extend that bond with your little one. Enjoying a cuppa and chat about all things baby and beyond at the end of class.

*Nurture classes have very limited movement for mums and is more baby focussed.

Terms and Conditions

Some classes/events may be excluded from this class pass. This class pass cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, this class pass is non-transferable. See the details above for more information.

Classes are booked in 6 week rolling blocks suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (12weeks with c-section). Please agree at the start of your block any dates you cannot attend. If you are unfortunately ill or miss a session without notice (48hrs) the session cannot be carried over. Alternatively any unused classes would be transferred to Yoga for You Classes including if baby decides to be a bit too mobile. You must register for your 6 classes at the start of each new block to guarantee your space.
